Re: Anyone have Verizon Wireless? Bad Experience?

AboutThatTime....its legit. I dont know why I got turned off and
apparently they dont either. I was told about 30 different times today
that there is no record of a payment agreement in the computer. What
bothers me the most is that I had to spend 3 hours on the phone
today...calling back constantly because some people started to argue
when I asked to speak with a manager. I had one manager come on the
line and almost yell; "we already told you that you broke your payment
arrangement and there is nothing we will do" then hung up. I was
honestly as nice as I could possibly be...Ive found that yelling gets
you nowhere fast. When I finally couldnt take financial services
anymore I called back and asked for customer service. I spoke with a
manager who was nice as could be...she took the time to call financial
services, ask for a manager, explain the situation to her, and then
stay on the line to ensure that I was taken care of. That could have
been accomplished the first time I called. Apparently the lady who
originally made the arrangement never put it into the computer
correctly. She was able to follow the trail of calls and who I spoke
with until she figured out the problem. I made the payment as was
arranged and got my phone turned back on within minutes. I really
wanted to call back and ask to speak with each one of the people who
refused to do their jobs earlier in the day but I figured that I would
be better served doing something worthwhile with my time. The moral of
the story?-> Corporate America can eat a bag of dicks. The End.
