Without knowing your hardware/software setup (I use MacOS X w/ FCP and ProTools):
Run the LP into your PC, and record...chop away...etc.
Then lay video and newly imported audio into the same project in whatever video editor you use. Remove the audio from the downloaded video, so the imported audio is the only one.
Make sure they're synced up (speaking of syncing 2001:Jupiter and beyond the infinite & Echos, a must have).
Burn away.
