Please keep in mind that Clem/Paul is a lying ***. His attempts
to smear me should be considered in that context. Some people use the
epithet antisemitic to smear anyone who holds differing views. Clem/
Paul is one of those people. I am not anti-Jewish but there is no way
to prove that to bigots like Clem/Paul. (If I accuse Clem/Paul of
being anti-Arab or secretly Stalinist, how can he disprove such
charges?) I usually ignore ridiculous personal attacks such as this
one, but have to put my position on the record at least once. But no
one should think he can bate me with such BS. It is infantile to try
to provoke people with such name-calling. Get some therapy, for
goodness sakes.

Politicians think that American voters are extremely gullible and
simple-minded. What are some of their main campaign mantras? The
candidates are for "change," their election will give us "change,"
their party is the party of "change." What kind of change? You
know, "change." We can't go into details at this point. Wait until
after the election, dummy.
Obama and McCain tell us they are "leaders," they can "lead,"
America needs strong "leadership." Well, wasn't Adolf Hitler a strong
leader; didn't he bring about change?
Perhaps the most pitiful claim we hear from candidates such as Sarah
Palin is that they are "Washington outsiders." So we are supposed to
vote for you because you have never lived in D.C.? Is that the best
you've got? But aren't you running to be a power in the national
government, with its headquarters in Washington? Once you are elected
and move to Washington, will you still be a Washington outsider? Will
you continue to be naive and pure? Come on!
What is the bailout all about? The mortgage crisis was mainly caused
by excess demand for mortgages fed by the easy money, low interest
rate policies of the Federal Reserve. How is it going to be solved by
having the taxpayers shoulder these vast bad debts? Where is the
national government getting the hundreds of billions it is giving away
to corporations and banks? When America is flat broke, where is the
money coming from to buy the bad debts of mortgage companies and
investment banks? Is it coming from new or higher taxes? No, the
Fed and the Treasury are going to solve all our problems by printing
new money and lending to banks so THEY can lend more money. But this
is what caused the problem in the first place. Your elected officials
are counting on your being unable to understand what caused the
subprime crisis and your believing that a problem caused by government
created inflation can be solved with massive new inflation. Among the
most outrageous politicians on the scene are Chuck Schumer and Barney
Frank. These villains took money from Fannie Mae, et al., pushed
them to facilitate loans to those who couldn't pay them back, opposed
limits and regulations, and then blamed the Republicans for the
disaster. Schumer, Frank, and their buddies demanded the bailout,
intended to solve the problems which they helped create. But have
they apologized, have they resigned? No, now they are posing as
leaders of financial reform. And we are supposed to believe all this?
(When it came to light that Frank had had a years long sexual
relationship with a male executive at Fannie Mae, an institution
supervised by Frank's congressional committee, he denied any conflict
of interest. What chutzpah!)

If anyone needs to be reminded, despite his use of Yiddish, Samurai is
reputed to be an unrepentant antisemite named Howard Hood. His
singling out of Frank and Schumer must be viewed in that context.
