kerry and dubya had almost identical academic records at yale...very,very average, >mid 70s. but yes, i consider bush the worst president
since WWII in a close call with "mr. I >will never lie to you"
Though tempted to add Reagan and Nixon to that short list, I'd have to
agree that 'dubya' takes the 'honors'. -And it IS a close call.
