off.. Did it ever cross your mind that an honest mistake was made, or
that the post office screwed up. �I am sure Premiere Opera will make
it right. �Like you, I have placed numerous orders with them in the
past, and without any problems. �I even recommended Premiere Opera to
friends. �So, just calm down a bit.

   I don't think I'm bellowing. My issue with Premiere opera is that I
was told
   that the order was shipped to me and I would receive it in a few
days. This
   after numerous emails that were not answered. I think that after
eight weeks,
   I should have had my order by now or an explanation from them as to
why my
   order has not  been received. In my emails to Premiere Opera, I
even
   asked them if they received the order, because I know that it could
have gotten
   screwed up in the mail,  but no response. Why encourage someone to
send
   an email concerning your order if you fail to respond to the email?
   Whenever I place an order with them, I usually receive it within
two weeks.
   It has been eight weeks and is now heading into the ninth week.
Good for
   you that you recommended Premiere to someone. Like I stated in my
earlier
   post, I still do not plan to order from them again because of the
lack of
