I am a relative computer dummy. I have had something called "switch"
installed, and I can now convert all of my wav files to mp3, so that
they can be posted on ljo's site. However, once they are converted, I
cannot
find them when I click on browse. Can anyone help?

I'm missing something here - the links on the iplayer site give you the rstp: links, but not access to the ram file itself. ... Re: SW to create MP3s? ...CDs don't present ... Use cdparanoia to rip the cd's into .wav files,... use bladeenc to compress the .wav's to .mp3 files.... I like buying books on tape, then "ripping" the tapes to wav files, ... (comp.unix.solaris)
