Re: LISTEN TO JIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my last word and then i'll go back to reading.
charlie, if i had 3 wishes, my first wish would be for a million other
wishes. after that, one of my top 20 would be for you to take heed of
what well-intentioned people have objected about.. people like paul
cohen, ed rosen, ken meltzer. three TOTAL non-flamers.

i go to 9 NGs every day. i usually come here 6th or 7th. it's
distressing when the first thing i see is 5-10 of your offtopic,
unfunny, childlish, not even childlike..... with emphasis on CAPS and
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! exclamation points.
do you think you have more people in RMO who respect you as opposed to
disrespect you? beyond your "top ten"?

trust me when i say this, i am speaking only for myself of course, but i
would bet i'm speaking for many dozens of posters and non-posters
alike......you are simply irritating because of the persona you've
chosen to portray here.

your reviews are great. i like the style in which you write them..
almost walterwinchell-like, and it makes easy colloquial reading imo.
you get very good reactions from them.

when you are ontopic, you will, of course, get the 2 or 3 flamers
attacking you without warrant, but since over 90% of your posts are
offtopic and just plain dumb... that is what 90% see and it shapes their
opinion what they think about you.

you say almost every day that you "don't care" about the big 10, but it
goes so far beyond them, you have no idea and seemingly will not listen
to ANYONE, even friends, when it comes to how you act here.

the justification you claim several times a week, that you treat
craziness with craziness has worn itself out probably 6 years ago.

think about it.
