Sorry about that. What I should have said is that TB vaccination is of questionable efficacy, and not in widespread use. Vaccines do exist, though.

I thought that the BCG (Bacille Calmette Guérin) had as good as eradicated TB, at least in Scandinavia. This has been seen as one of the most important events in public health in the 20th century; TB was the real terror in the years up to 1940.
