The score is a lot of fun with a lot to listen to. I now expect C-Jo
to send me the toys to play with it. I'm bored with my Pez
dispensers.
The only ones we still have are Optimus Prime with Hi-Q, (And you
ain't getting 'em!) Was almost sure we still had Megatron, but alas,
he's gone by the wayside too.
In places, I feel the music in Transformers just drones
on and on, but in other places, I really like the
anthems. Towards the end of track 7 and all of
track 12 make this CD worthwhile. (And
Parnurkles, in LAIR tracks 1,3, 6,8 15
and 25 are very good. Track SIX really
"hops." I say it rocks, but veggies don't
rock.)
Veggies are also impaired on an arithmatric level.... thus tossing out
a myriad of numbers only confuse frond laden heads.... I do believe
"really hops" was a popular phrase back in the 40s (for Cleo that
would translate to 3047 B.C.).
Now I understand the cryptic numbers on the CD... I was suppose to pay
attention to the specifics. Ancient Cleo is SOOOOO demanding. First
westerns, now DETAILS.
Anthems? I plan to listen to this later with headphones while
biking... that way I can deeper into the sound.
(and to think I skipped over listening to Cut Throat Island so I could
get a grip on Robot Bashing, sorry Erik)
Pity that C-jo has lost the toys but still has the kids. The toys are
probably worth big bucks, whereas the kids will only cost you big
bucks.
The universe is much like a western: cruel.
