Mikey - I suggest you read the First Amendment. It pertains to and
limits the authority of the three branches of our GOVERNMENT. Google
has every right to set and enforce it's own policy just as I have
every right to decide what you say or how you behave in my own home.
Try pulling the First Amendment card in my house and that person will
live to regret it.

The text of the First Amendment reads as follows:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,
or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of
speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to
assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

The nuance (and logic) of your argument is, of course, completely lost
on the "dr." Obviously, his only purpose is to get as much attention
as he can (suggesting some sort of narcissistic disorder, IMO). I
have been guilty of engaging in arguments with him, of course. What I
learned is that it is pointless to do so - he is delusional, addicted
to trouble-making, obsessed with stirring strife, and desperate for
any kind of attention he can get - it is of no consequence to his sick
mind that ALL of the attention he gets is negative and It apparently
doesn't pass his mental filter that being banned from Google and
Yahoo, legal actions, and vast unpopularity are all NEGATIVE forms of
attention. This sick little boy just thrives on being noticed (and/or
notorious).

Sad, really. Pathetic.
