Kite, I did not see any Getzen flugelhorns currently for sale on eBay,
and that is unusual because usualy there is at any given time a
handful of them being sold.

I saw two Benge flugelhorns, including a nice LA Benge , which I am
afraid might sell out of your price range. I also saw a Benge 3
flugelhorn, but I only recommend the Benge 5 and not the Benge 3.

I saw a used Yamaha 631 for sale in laquer:
