Oh no....not spam.

We took care of that a long time ago. We have three lines of extremely
sophisticated defence. Costs us a lot of money, but it means that we rarely
have a piece of spam creep through and we receive 4 libraries of deleted
Emails per day from our server as a precaution against mistaken deletion..

This means that we can whiz through and check that we don't miss an email
deleted in error. We use Mistral as ISP. Expensive, but with 24 hour help
line and fault fixing 365 days a year it is well worth it.

I have met guys in the music industry who rely on changing Email addresses
when the spam problem gets unmanageable...I have also met guys who complain
about the lack of business enquiries only to find that their 'Spamcop' or
'Spamarrest' is stopping almost all their genuine Emails....crazy.

It is worth considering that if you are serious about the music business you
have to operate in the accepted Industry Standard way. And that means not
using the 'free' stuff.

As with all things in life, if you want the right information and the right
help, you have to pay for it!

We average 300-400 genuine Emails per day ... and now deal with 42
countries. So we must be doing something right? The systems we have put in
place for automation are stunning....and I recommend them highly to all our
Members and subscribers. Not cheap...but worth it.

Although I answer every single genuine music question from members
personally and answer ONE question from any non - member ... the systems are
worth their weight in gold.
