Eye Eye Juicy? Whoever named the band never saw That Thing You do.
First thing I thought of "the oh-needers?!" Then when I saw the
photos, and the logo, "Too Juicy" finally sunk in. The website needs
a refresh. Photos look like they might've been scanned, it all looks
dated (just like my band's), and for better or worse, the white beards
in the picture unfortunately don't help with the perception. That top
right photo has to go. They've got several better ones that connote
excitement a lot more effectively.

Listening to Always Walking Away. Vocalist is strong. Drums are
buggin me. Sounds like they recorded blues with electronic friggin
drums? WTF? Sorry, pet peeve. Everyone's good, but for me, and for
blues, the rhthym section is a bit square and too on top of the beat
on everything for my tastes.

Escalade - I like this one better musically, but still a bit tense,
and the lyrics aren't something that works for me on any level. But
the bass guitar work is good.

Respect... competently played. Tempo doesn't work for me. I feel
like the band may have a problem with letting things breathe-- like
they're in a hurry.

Take a Piece of My Heart. Good job.. still got that feeling the
drummer is afraid to play behind the beat, and this feels like vdrums
or some such to me. Started tiring of lead singer's voice near the
end of this one.

But, I'd wanna see em live. It think I might enjoy em and overlook
these nits in a live setting. Everyone can play, I like the song
selection, and if they're fun live, it'd be a night worth headin out
to see them.

Best Regards,
