It is still early on, but I just heard on ESPN that Kevin Everett now has
a good chance to use his legs again. Whenever I see or hear about things
like
this, it brings a tear to my eyes. I can't even imagine what had and has
been going through this guy's head. These guys go out there and throw
their bodies around with reckless abandon and it is really surprising. My
hope is that they continue to develop new technologies to protect the
players more. My fear is the government over reacts and try to ban minors
from playing.
