Did you try calling your CC company about this? What did they say?
Good luck, Dan. I know Paypal -usually- means you get your item(s)
quicker but that's why I hate Paypal. At least with sending a MO,
cashier's check, etc.,
you have some type of record and the postal inspectors handle these
things as postal fraud. I hope you get resolution.
