I'll never purchase a big-ticket item again from Canada. I bought my ddrum3
kit, a big one, from someone in Canada and man, did I get nailed with fees.
IIRC after all was said and done I paid $500 just for shipping and fees. You
can declare a lower value but then you're screwed if something happens.
