That's a recipe for repetitive stress injury.
People with RSI often have no cross-training, IOW they only type all
day or play guitar all day and dont do other things like chin ups,
golf, volleyball, whatever. The body can recover remarkably when it
has a variety of activities that allow recovery of the overused parts
and usage of the opposing muscle group to the stressed muscle group.
But some are less prone genetically too.
