I was thinking of this, Max. Do you know why this model is less
desirable (and a cheaper retail price)?
Which color/finish did you get? It seems like they are low on the
naturals.

D"Angelico still have some Excel EXS-1DHs - everything else is sold
out. I've bought two of this particular model, and kept one because
it's an excellent guitar at wholesale price, $800. You won't do better
for tone and playability for lesss than twice that.
