Re: More on Kenny Poole

I first saw and heard Kenny perform in July 1998, at the Chet Atkins
Appreciation Society convention in Nashville... and I was amazed and
delighted by his solo playing.

After his set, I went up and talked to him to a few minutes. He was such a
fine, down-to-earth person.

I asked him if there was a CD of his playing, and he showed me the duet
album with Gene Bertoncini, which I immediately purchased.

Great guy, terrific musician!
