It doesn't really look like Van Eps, and itt looks to my like there are
only six tuners. GVE started playing 7 string in 1938, IIRC. And the
guitarist is using a pick, which perhaps Van Eps did earlier in his
career; I'm only away of him playing fingerstyle.
