Re: Farewell #####



Not sure how to state my thoughts but...I would hope the members would
consider the impact of their participation from a leadership
perspective. Many of us have learned an awful lot from the folks in
this group. In my day job/profession, there is always an appropriate
emphasis on the next generation. If you want to engage, encourage,
teach, and inspire them, then sharing perspectives, clips, personal
experiences, and the like is the way to do it. I am grateful for nearly
all the posts/posters here. I have learned a lot and enjoyed the
insights, humor, and information immensely. I hope more will join and
stay. Most have worthwhile things to share--even if it's only a word of
encouragement or an opinion.

As I was growing up, I would have killed to have this kind of resource.
As an geezer now, I still really appreciate this group.
