Ok thats low.

Never heard of this brand here.
I have been authoring DVD movie releases for nearly 7 years now.
It's obvious then that even if you have this "upgrade" your ability to be
flexibe in your DVD structures will be very limited.
Some good programs out there for authoring at a consumer level.
Look at adobe encore or see what Sonic have at your price point.
