Benson picking has become a color that I use for certain groove feels.
I'm now using a modified version of the Kleinhaut technique where I
hold the pick closer to the thumb joint instead of the thumb tip. I can
still angle the pick counter-clockwise but no matter the angle, in
general this gives the pick more stability.
