C'mon guys, this is a Maton 225, it would still play and sound great even if

Seriously, on our current exchange rates, that final price looks reasonable
to me if the repairs are sound, because you get a resettable neck and good
quality construction. Though I only paid $600 for mine, complete with
cutaway and AP4 electronics.
