Norm's confusing ISP's dropping/limiting "no charge" Usenet with the
demise of Usenet. It'll still be around, but we all might have to start
paying for access eventually.

Someone suggested a "List" type of replacement, like the ones we use for
the Gatherings, but the last thing I want is my mailbox filling up with
"newsgroup" traffic.
