Probably can't afford this, but spotted T****R 814CE (rosewood b & s) on a GC clearance rack (in Warwick Dan, if your reading this). Going for $1700.00 and sold as is. It sounded real sweet, but felt very different than what I currently play. There was a small ding on the back side, nothing major. I think list is approx $4K for new and street price is $2.8K (not sure). I can't stop thinking about this guitar. Is this a too good to be true price, or just so, so?

Chuck at that price the electronics are a bonus. When are you going to play the Iron Horse with it anyway??
Shindell used what Geezer has at the Somerville Theater; didn't sound awesome with the ES system, but are you going to play there? Besides, when you plug in you can dial the settings of your choice...

LOL ... Won't be doing anything at the Iron Horse except taking in the ocassional show! But the Wednesday night, plug it in and strum along to a bunch of classic 70's rock I-IV-V songs is calling my name. Anyways, in the next few minutes I'm off to Montreal and Quebec City for biz related travel. Won't be able to squeeze in the Montreal guitar show, dang! So I won't get back to the store to check out the guitar until next week sometime, provided it hasn't been bought.
