As I said in another message in another thread, getting an upload
function to work for all the different browsers and such using the
rather primitive facilities of the host account is more work than it's
worth for this. So the easier way would be for people to email their
submissions, with the mp3 file as an attachment, and with any
explanation of the track in the body of the email message.

That goes for all the songs anybody wants on the site.
