Its always interesting to me how people can ata-boy and high five when
others are rude - like it takes brains to be rude.

To expand a bit on one of Norm's themes, in addition to Norm's penchant
for random abuse and careless discarding of fine musical instruments, we
have guys and gals around here whom we commonly accuse of wildly
reckless driving, not bathing for months, nay, years at a time. �There
are those whom we deride for being unable or disinclined to tune a
guitar, and those whose obsession for shorter and shorter scales will
soon leave them with guitar of zero string length. �There are those
given to unnatural practices with livestock, to say nothing of
cross-dressing (not that there's anything wrong with that). �Some we
accuse of being too small to even use a proper guitar

My point is that these are folks whom we love. �There are two guys here
who are tremendous friends, truly close to one another, One was in the
other's daughter's wedding. �These guys literally cross states to visit
one another and help each other out. �However, to listen to their
banter, you might think they were deadly foes (the ass-kicking might be
serious, though).

There are folks here who really don't like other folks here. �You can
tell, they don't reply to the other guy's posts. �That's a far more
common indication of actual dislike, when they just pretend he isn't
there. �The wise cracks and comebacks are just part of our banter. �The
way to be sure your get your share is either to think of a witty
rejoiner, or to take offense.

I wish I could feel this way. What I see is someone that needs an ego
stroke so they reach out and smack whomever is in the way just to get
jollies. Wit to me is another thing entirely. I love jokes and even
one-ups-manship but a rude comment is just an uncivil attack. Its not
just against me that I see, its against almost anyone that has
anything to say.

I never posted anything to you or about you untill I saw you post
something about beating the *** out of somebody.



My thought has always been that there people out there that actually
hope to help someone so they post answers to actually help someone
that might be in need. There are also people out there that think a
little good works in their karma bank my be a good things to have
someday.

There are a lot of those people on this group. I have yet to see you
join that club.

Next it the guy that wants recognition for having something
worthwhile to offer or maybe is trying to build a reputation for
knowing something in his field - a little advertising through good
deeds is fine. Last is the guy that needs to destroy something to feel
powerful.

I see several people in nearly ever public site that is just the last
guy. I'm guilty of taking it harder then I should sometimes but I get
so mad when I see people cutting others down in hopes that they might
look good that the protector in me comes out.
When they come against
me the self-defender comes out. Usually I am steaming mad at someone
or a small group and then they bite into my ass and I can't help it -
I go italian on them.

I never posted anything but for to help someone until someone jumped
on my ass for nothing. If you really can find me being the first
aggressor - anywhere! I will humbly eat crow. If not - which you will
not be able to do, you can apologize or piss off. That is a universal
thought to anyone reading this.

As far as I am concerned, anyone that takes place in trying to
belittle me just joins the group that has no class whatsoever. On top
of everything, you swarm and thrive off of each-other's stupidity.
I've never met more then one of your types at any one place in the
real world. I figure that all of the seriously lonely loser crowd has
found that they can all be so much cooler on line.

From what I can tell, those that are in the herd here are the lowest
underachievers of society. The things that normal people take for
average you think I am bragging on. I guess its a mater of perspective
but seriously, what a bunch of fucking losers you all are.
