I understand your pain. When I was younger I used to get migraines
(complete with visual distortion, vomiting, the whole rig) pretty
regularly, but have not had anything of that severity in over a
decade. I never did figure out the trigger. They just seemed to stop
occurring. I hope you can get some relief.
