This is different . . . how? I mean, all of the retailers I know
of set a minimum price on their goods. Peanut butter to
Pontiacs, there is a price under which they will not sell.
A price under which THEY will not sell.
If they sell it to a dealer (retailer), the proposal will stop the retailer selling below a minimum price (even if he chooses to take a loss).
I can't see that working.
