Emigrate to France.

My father had a heart bypass shortly after he moved there - in
hospital the same day it was diagnosed, operation within 48 hours,
special diet, walking about after a week, home in a fortnight, goes to
the docs every week so the doc take a blood test and tell him EXACTLY
what level of medication he should be taking.

He pays into the basic state medicare pension, but as he is a
pensioner something like 83% of it is tax deductible.

He paid a fifteen Euro surcharge for 2 week's special diet.

He asked his doc if it was OK to drink wine. The doctor said, yes, in
limited quantities - but it must be French wine...:-)
