Yes, I got the context. I'm troubled that a bunch of "engineers" seem to
be using the SAE "trademark".
I agree that this looks like a real place with real (though small)
facilities. That the parent organization has many locations rather than one
campus is interesting. I don't quite get it though, they seem too spread out
to really provide the necessary educational services at these locations.
The web-site is a bit uninformative. It's not clear how long it should
take to get a certificate and what course work is required. I'm especially
curious as to how much math and physics are taught and by whom. If math and
physics are not taught then I doubt that this school has much value.
I think the OP's cousin should investigate further. Perhaps check them
with BBB. Surely, someone at one of the local TV or radio stations is
familiar with this business. They are accredited and they are approved for
the GI bill which suggests that they are a "real" school but it's not at all
clear what you get for your money.
