Hi all. I just did my very first mix down using my home recording
gear. I saved the project as a wave file. I can play it using the
windows media player. When I popped the the CD into my home CD player
nothing happened. Can you confirm this is due to the fact that my CD
player doesn't read wave files? Assuming this is the case, what should
I have saved in if I wanted the CD player to read it. Also, does
anyone know whether I can or should send wave files for inclusion on
the RMMGA CD? Thanks. Jeff
Whatever software you use, when you burn a CD, you must tell it to burn it in "Audio CD" format. Most CD players cannot read a computer data CD.
