I've got several things I'm working on and will choose one or two to
submit. Mostly covers but there's a waltz instrumental I wrote
intended for my son's wedding and recorded with guitar, mando, reso,
bass. We ended up not using that for the mother-son dance, but I
recorded Que Sera instead. Came out fine, but I won't be submitting
that for CDIV.
Other possibilities are vocal covers--Blind Willie McTell, I'm So
Lonesome I Could Cry, Bird on a Wire, Dimming of the Day.
Hard to choose this time.

Are we supposed to be recording something?? :-)

It's about six weeks to the deadline for submission for CD IV.
One of these times someone will get you in front of a mic, dammit!
I'm sure George has tried to talk you into this before, no? We could
even arrange a session at EC to get a couple of takes down. Maybe some
Guy Clark?
This is gonna happen. Norm WILL be on CDIV. Order now.

What in the hell is a CDIV?? Will this hurt??
