I worked on an RFID project for a while. One of the products utilized GPS
for plotting the movement of objects. The data would be collected and
sent automatically when the unit would pass a reader or it could be
contacted by cell phone and get a download. The engineer who designed the
chip used it to track his daughter's car when they went out of town on.

Norm could use that.
