guitar player visits the chiropractor

Hi.

A pain in the neck (literally) led me to the chiroprator this week. We
discussed the things people do that train their body structures over
the years. Posture, placement of computer monitors, size and shapes of
pillows, how we drive, exercise (or not)... Studying x-rays of my neck
and spine got me thinking about 40+ years of daily guitar playing -
what effect if any it has had on me. Like if guitar playing reshapes us
over time.

It's a big question - actually I don't even know what my question is.
Just wondering what your thoughts or experiences might be with this
topic...
