Bill... actually, I don't think he was calling YOU a shmuck. I think he was
referring to the guy who sold him the guitar. But anyway, it is a New Year,
isn't it? So you beat me to it. Yeah, to all of you for whom it

Actually, though I personally find the name somewhat creative (it amazes me
that people can have wild drunken moments and come up with anything
creative... on the very rare occasions I've ever had a wild drunken moment,
I've spent the next ten hours with my head in the toilet, puking...nothing
remotely creative in that)... Tolstoy did not even cross my mind. I
assumed it was some sort of reference to Leon Trotsky (aka Lev Davidovich
Bronstein), the Russian revolutionary. Amazing how a play on words can
evoke totally different images for different people.
