Feed-back on Quality of Hamara CD - MP3 and CDA formats
=============================================
My prior purchase of Custom - Compiled CDs (CDA format) from Hamara
CD
(SaReGaMa) was a disaster. All 14 CDs became non-playable after 1-2
years
of storage. That was in years 2002-3. I have not bought any songs
from them
since then
Now they are offering the same format (90 minutes, instead of 60) for
Rs 275
and MP3 files: 200 minutes or 40 songs for Rs 199
I would appreciate feed-back from members, who have bought CDs (CDA
format
as well as, MP3 format) in recent past and what they feel about the
SOUND QUALITY of songs (late 40s to early 60's films).
I want to replace some low quality songs with better quality and
fidelity
Thanks
Sudhir
i dont know about the online downloads never bought it from
hmv...however they have come out with a fantastic series of mp3s which
focusses on actors, directors, lyricists, mds, singers concepts
etc....each mp3 costs 75 rs and has around 35-40 songs...it is
compiled by someone called najma merchant (iirc) and the audio
quality is okay...i think the oldest one i have is around 3 years old
and they are working fine...
