Quiz: Identify the Lata song

There is a non-film song by HemantK "paa kar bhi tumhen ham paa na
sake", possibly recorded in mid to late-50s. MD is Tersem Lal. There
is a Lata song in a pre-1955 Hindi film with an identical tune,
(although the antaras' starting tunes are different). Hemant's song is

Question: Identify the Lata song/film
Hint: The Lata song isn't very oft-heard. But it's available on
youtube and on Surjit-ji's Website.
