Yes, those are what I was talking about. I dont have Shankar's recent
stuff anyway. The last L. Subramaniam CD I bought was "Fantasy with
Vedic Chants".

I have the Boondein cassette. Their Dooba Dooba was the big
chartbuster, iirc.

Yes..also, they spend quite a while producing these albums. Actually
Desert Rain was a Live Concert recording. I havent bought Jhini yet. I
have heard the songs though. As to the lyrics, indeed the songs are
unique and not the routine, "teri aankhon mein doob jaaoon" variety.
