Is there *anyone* who makes HIP-HOP in the UK and does NOT make anything
that's either a melting pot of 2Step/UK Garage, drum'n'bass, grime, and
other stuff or some boring, bland underground *** with overinteligent
lyrics and teaching?
I don't know, maybe it's me, but I can't see anything fun, for partying,
cool, like American hip-hop/R'n'B here. Does really noone make it?
Yeah. Craig David.
Yeah. Mark Morrison.
Yeah. Lynden David Hall.
But what's with those Oxide/Neutrino/whole of SoSolid Crew/Lady
Sovereign/The Streets/Lethal Bizzle and people lampooning them? I mean, it's
all more or less underground (or at least intended to LOOK like underground
stuff). Isn't there any commercial hip-hop-like music for parties (*not*
raves) made in the UK? (O_o)

alan d aka big al
I'm guessing he covered those 3 with the first paragraph...
He's looking more for Big Brovaz than anything of any quality, i.e. he
wants a UK artist that copies the Yanks.
