mashed cauliflower. Sort of like how Phish is a poor substitute for

What got me to like cauliflower was growing my own. I began liking a lot of veggies once I grew them - the fresh grown veggies taste NOTHING like the store stuff, IMO. I still don't like store cauliflower, but from my garden... yum! Same with tomatoes. I rarely eat them outside of summer because winter tomatoes are so tasteless by comparison. I'll just wait and eat them in season.
Also the same with eggs - I love our fresh eggs. But store eggs taste very old to me... even supposedly fresh organic eggs. REAL fresh eggs have such a light and delicate flavor... store eggs are a poor substitute.
