Took a look at some links, but have not sent out for any of the
materials. Looks as though they want to sell stuff.

You didn't look very hard, then. The guy has given it away for years.
You can buy DVD's, but the core is free. And even with the DVD's, they
say you can make up to a hundred free copies to send to folks. But
even if this wasn't the case, what is your point?
