"He" is probably the band's manager, i.e. someone who makes a percentage and
thus feels free to spam whatever music forums he can to sell a few more
tickets. If you find this music brings joy to your life, cool, order a CD
or pay a cover charge to see them. By all means let us know when they
evolve past the level of third-rate local heroes.
