Golden Grateful Dead Moments folks just *must* know about

We're talking bite-size bits, no more than a song long, but mostly a
solo or section or what have you. We're looking for stuff off the
beaten track, certainly, but if you *must* include certain well-known
chestnuts, then you must, mustn't you?
What's the stuff you think a diehard head just *must* know about?
Off the top of my head, these jump out:
2/26/94 Bobby's "the show must go on" feedback encrusted solo when
Jer's guitar fucks up on Standing on the Moon
9/18/90 Jer's impassioned vox at the end of To Lay Me Down
8/1/73 The Jerry slide/Phil carpet bombing section of Dark Star five
minutes before the transition to El Paso
12/6/89 The Dew-like in intensity Jerry solo on Standing on the Moon
3/11/93 The outro Jerry solo on Days Between
5/7/84 The "double headlight" Rider where Jer cuts off Bobby at the
start of the outro vox with an impassioned extra headlight verse
