What You Drinking About Now?



Brought two bottles home from the brewery three weeks ago and kept
them in the stone cellar.

Decided to sample it tonight; It's their anniversary beer, due in
July.

13.4 ABV.

Owner says it's a Belgium Imperial Stout.

Opened a bottle, at cellar temp, and here are my thoughts:

It's a bit too bubbly for a stout, but it's early in it's life cycle,
so I'll give that a pass. (rest)

(After the rest) It's got a dark, but light velvety smooth taste,
coupled with that distinctive Belgium finish.

But not too sweet.

Very, very drinkable at this early stage.
