Chris and her Husband Paul were graat people. Paul and Chris were
hardcore outdoor people. Paul was an amazing rock climber and he was
my English teacher as well as my rock climbing teacher (We had a real
outdoor based curiculum-Rock Climbing, Skiing, Hiking and
outdoorsmanship were an integral part of our school life) I spent a
lot of time climbing Cannon cliffs and Artist's Bluff in Franconia
Notch, Paul and Chris were a big part teaching me about Climbing and
respecting the high alpine environment The White Mt School was a
small, very tight knit community. There were only 30 of us in our
graduating class. The age difference between students and faculty was
often only a couple of years, so many of the our teachers were more
like older brothers and sisters than parents. They were dorm parents,
mentors, friends and great people

I haven't seen Chris and Paul in many years, but I am devestated by
this news

55 is WAY too fucking young to die, especially of a disease as awful
alzheimer's

This really sucks

Scot

Wow. 55 IS way too young. Sorry to hear it, Scot. That does suck.
