Maybe the US companies that outsourced all the IT talent to India many
years ago will get bit for being so greedy. I like the thought of
having production come back here. Next thing you know, India will
start outsourcing to the US.

Please... That's a pipe dream. In India, companies pay a fraction to
their workers. It's doubtful that will change anytime soon.

Anecdote: a friend runs an IT dept. for a large tech firm. He put out a
contract for bid, and the one American firm that bothered to respond bid
$100 million. One of the three Indian firms who competed bid $25 million.
Guess who won the job? My friend said even if the Indians fucked stuff up
to the tune of $25 million they'd still be $50 million ahead.

And his department here in the US is packed with Indians, Pakistanis, Brits,
Germans, Brazilians, Chinese, Norwegians, etc. He's Belgian and his boss is
Portugese. The CEO is Israeli. There are nowhere near enough Americans
who are capable or educated enough to do these jobs even if the jobs are
here in the US.
