My take on this, and I don't mean to put down Nick as I've downloaded
some of his music such as the Ratdog Lowell show (thanks-great tape)
is that though he wasn't fraudulent he was most certainly very, very,
sloppy customer service wise. And in being sloppy CS wise he left
himself open to being assaulted by a disgruntled would be purchaser of
his product. The fact that he's overall a righteous bro, as professed
by several posters doesn't mean that HBI wasn't f ed over. I mean I'd
be pissed too if I paid $25 in April and had no resolution by late
September. And I'm not necessarily agreeing with any other poster here
or putting Nick down-it probably was sloppiness, I mean wtf is $25. I
had a similar bad expereince with Munckmusic regarding a download I
was charged twice for. On the Ratdog board people were like "well he's
a righteous bro, etc, etc" and to me I was like that righteous MFer
just burned me out of my money. It's all in the perspective. I was
eventual made good but justice delayed is justice denied.

None of this is to the point. The point is not rehashing the incident. The
point is, it is a matter between two people and has ***-all to do with the
newsgroup.
