Wonkette links to the Talon News site, which was apparently never owned by Jeff Gannon, but did hire him .
This site was always considered a puff site for the GOP and it provided the very flimsy fig leaf of press credentials that gave him entree (along with an unnamed White House patron)to the White House press office. they presumably know Gannon.
It is this site, created & authored by wingnut Republicans, that is claiming that Gannons’ book details a paid sexual relationship with Rove.
Leave Wonkette out of it, and tell me they are insubstantial.
BTW, they refer to “Jim Gannon” which might be sloppy reporting, or a snarky reference to Gannon’s real name: Jim Guckert.
I note the latest message about Gannon refers to the Rove story as a “true internet rumor” which seem to be tweaking sensibilities further. They also refer to his book as "Behind Enema Lines" which has got to be a dig...
